Appointments
All treatments require an appointment. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on provider availability. Mobile services are available for a limited menu of services. Schedule your appointment by text or phone call. Call (239) ETERNAL (239-383-7625) or Text 1(844)575-1939.
Our regular office hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We can provide special after-hours or weekend appointment times based on provider availability if you are unable to come during normal hours.
Mobile Concierge
Service
In-Home Mobile Visits can be scheduled with us for a nominal fee. Call or text us to inquire about availability.
Injection Events
Injection Events can be scheduled with us! Gather your friends together at your home or business and have our injection experts come to you. The Host/Hostess has an opportunity to earn free products and services. Call or text us to inquire about availability and to schedule your injection event.

Important Information
Cancellations
We understand schedules conflict periodically. A cancellation with less than 24-hours notice may incur a $50 fee. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to honor your booked appointment time.
New Patients
We’re excited to meet you and discover your needs. New patients should arrive 15-minutes early to their appointment to complete intake forms and meet one-on-one with your aesthetic professional.
Confidentiality
All customers/patients receive 100% confidentiality. Our clinical practices and treatments are always provided confidentially for all customers. Our systems are all encrypted and HIPPA compliant.
Online Consultations
Save time and have your initial consultation online. We now offer virtual initial consultations for some of our services to help save you time during your first appointment. We can discuss your aesthetic and wellness needs, as well as provide a cost estimate for treatment. *Some services require an in-person consultation to best assess volume needs. Call or Text to set up your access to the patient portal (RxPortal) and to schedule your virtual consultation.
Disability Access
Accessibility is a priority at our clinic. Our office is located on ground level and the office space is wheelchair accessible.
